These plans focus on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and soy products and offer high fiber/low fat choices consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and American Heart Association guidelines. Overall the plans are balanced with your personal macro nutrients which are ideal for maximum dieting,  weight loss and maintenance and lean muscle mass gains.
